Individual flanges

We are an approved manufacturer for cold- and hot-bent standard and special flanges for vessels, apparatus and exhaust pipes, special rings, collars, ovals, pressure vessel components and welded assemblies made of various materials, dimensions and profile cross-sections. Our products are manufactured using the material-efficient bending and flash-butt welding process in accordance with DIN EN ISO 4063 RA241.

The homogeneous weld seam, produced by tested personnel in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14732 and in compliance with DIN EN ISO 15614-13, meets all the requirements of a high-quality connection and does not have any disadvantages compared to comparable manufacturing processes.

Regular testing and monitoring of the complete manufacturing process in accordance with DIN EN ISO 3834-3 from the receipt of the raw material to the dispatch of the goods guarantees you the highest quality standards, from individual parts to series production.

An established and certified quality assurance system with qualified and trained personnel provides the basis for our high-quality products.

We decide to your advantage whether cold or hot forming, with or without post heat treatment, is economical and sensible for the creation of your product.

As an approved manufacturer of pressure vessel parts, we also have our own heat treatment plant, which has been tested in accordance with AD-HP 7/1.
